REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
TIMEBANK HOME TOURSTM:
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK! New Media
Production (NMP) takes all possible steps to assure
its products are in working condition and complete.
In the case of TimeBank Home ToursTM
and Streaming Internet Mediai.e. Clipstream audio/video,
RealPlayer audio/video, Windows Media audio/video, and
QuickTime audio/videocustomers will NOT receive
the actual product. Customers receive a link to the
product that resides on our server for the specified
time set forth by our web site information, or their
specific contract. Therefore, returns are of no consequence
for these products. NMP is, however, concerned with
customer satisfaction and, in the case of TimeBank Home
ToursTM, customers
receive the link to their tour via e-mail within 5 business
days from submitting all necessary photographs, agent
photos, logos & property descriptions, or that tour
is free. If a tour link is not e-mailed to the customer
within the specified time, based upon their purchase
agreement and the duration (run-time) of the tour in
question, their available inventory will be increased
by the appropriate amount.
TimeBank Home ToursTM are manufactured according to the specifications set forth in each property's unique Online Tour Order Form. NMP is not liable for photographs that are submitted smaller than the 640 x 480 @ 72 dpi recommended size. ANY TOURS ORDERED WITH PHOTOS SUBMITTED SMALLER THAN THE RECOMMENDED SIZE WILL NOT PRODUCE THE DESIRED QUALITY RESULTS. Upon receiving photos smaller than the recommended size, NMP will contact the customer once by e-mail to the address provided in the Online Tour Order Form and recommend correctly-sized photos be resubmitted. Once this notification has been sent, NMP will allow two (2) business days for the customer to provide correctly-sized photos. If no contact is made by the customer within two (2) business days, NMP will deem that all necessary materials to produce the tour have been received and the 5-business-day guarantee will commence. NMP will then produce the tour using the original photos and e-mail the tour link to the customer within 5 business days. YOU MUST BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR TIMEBANK HOME TOURSTM OR CONTACT US FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNT. ONCE 30 DAYS HAS PASSED SINCE ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNT OR POSTING A TOUR LINK, NMP WILL DEEM YOU A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND REFUNDS WILL THEN BE AWARDED ON A PER-TOUR BASIS.
VIDEO/TELEVISION PRODUCTION:
NMP is responsible to produce Video & Television
products according to pre-approved Scripts and Shot
Lists. In cases where there are no Scripts and Shot
Listsi.e. Live Performances including but not
limited to Theatrical, Concert, Choral Performances,
Music Videos, and Wedding Video ProductionsNMP
will deliver a professionally edited and quality production
as set forth by the examples on our web site or other
Product Demonstration Examples distributed by NMP. NMP
will make all reasonable attempts to satisfy the customer
if a dispute arises as to quality or method, including
reediting and re-authoring the product. Normally, NMP
is paid half its fee up front to cover its cost of manufacture
with the remaining monies due upon delivery of the product.
IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR
VIDEO/TELEVISION PRODUCTION, NO REFUNDS ARE GUARANTEED
BY NMP BUT MAY BE GIVEN AT NMP'S SOLE DISCRETION.
HTML/GRAPHICS:
Are governed by the criteria set forth in Preplanning
& Pre-Development meetings. Once the criteria has
been established at those meetings, NMP will manufacture
the elements accordingly. NMP will conduct approval
& redirection meetings throughout the production
process to assure all elements are being manufactured
according to the customer's requirements. IN THE EVENT
THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR HTML/GRAPHICS,
NO REFUNDS ARE GUARANTEED BY NMP BUT MAY BE GIVEN AT
NMP'S SOLE DISCRETION.
INTERNET DELIVERY PRODUCTS:
Are subject to the limitations and conditions of their
manufactureri.e. RealPlayer audio/video, Windows
Media audio/video, and QuickTime audio/videoand
are deemed by NMP to be in working condition at the
time of delivery. In most cases, the product will NOT
be delivered to the customer. The customer will receive
a URL link via e-mail from NMP to their product which
will reside on the NMP server until the specific contract
is at an end. The exception to this rule is where the
customer will serve its NMP product from its own server.
Whereby, NMP will deliver the product in working condition
and make every reasonable effort to supply the customer
with the support they need to ensure proper operation
of the product. NMP will make all reasonable attempts
to satisfy the customer if a dispute arises as to quality
or method, including reediting and re-authoring the
product. IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED
WITH THEIR INTERNET DELIVERY PRODUCTS, NO REFUNDS ARE
GUARANTEED BY NMP BUT MAY BE GIVEN AT NMP'S SOLE DISCRETION.
DISC MEDIA:
Any Digital Video Discs (DVDs) produced by NMP are authored
in the DVD-R format unless specifically set forth otherwise.
It is up to the customer to determine if the DVD-R format
meets their requirements. CD-ROM Discs are authored
in two categories: 1.) Data Discs & 2.) Music Discs.
CD-ROM Kiosk products are typically Data Discs and are
produced to play on IBM-type Personal Computers and
are subject to PC performance & configuration requirements
set forth in the unique production agreement between
NMP and the customer. Audio Discs are produced to play
in personal computers and stand-alone CD music players.
THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR DISC
MEDIA PRODUCTS, NO REFUNDS ARE GUARANTEED BY NMP BUT
MAY BE GIVEN AT NMP'S SOLE DISCRETION.

In order to receive a refund you must include your Account Number, a working e-mail address, correct mailing address, reason for your dissatisfaction, and allow two (2) to four (4) weeks for NMP's reply. NMP, at its discretion, will credit the same credit card used for your purchase, credit your Account, or send a check for the full refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY APPLICABLE SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES.
FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS:
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our
technical department and legal department. If you make
a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will
report this to the credit card services. This report
may result in cancellation of your card services, put
negative information on your credit report, and create
possible criminal charges that may be filed against
you.
